Jonathan represents and advises individuals in a variety of situations with all their banking needs, including lenders, financial institutions, lessors, landlords, manufacturers, lienholders, taxing authorities, and purchasers of distressed loans.

  • bankruptcy or bankruptcy-related

  • resolving extensions and violations of the automatic stay complex workout Chapter 11 plan negotiations

  • borrower adversary complaints

  • claims litigation

  • asset protection

  • contested plan confirmations

  • fraudulent conveyance claims

  • preference actions  

In addition to creditor representation, Jonathan has extensive experience representing borrowers, guarantors, and other debtors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, restructurings, and litigation matters.
